Sunber is a good site to buy from. This is my second unit and I love the hair. The hair is soft. No smell. Best hair I have bought in a while. Will be buying from Sunber again.

First the hair is really soft and doesn't shed..the hair comes pre -everything, bleached plucked and precut, all the things that make wige wearing annoying but necessary, they take care of that. I love the lace they use! It really is invisible...I thought I made a mistake on my order but they assured me it would arrive as I wanted. And they send a really nice curling iron, I thought that was really nice. I like this company and there Customer service is top notch!

I was waiting on my wigs only to see that it wasn't in stock.. they sent a email three days after I ordered and I already been charged. I can't get in touch with no one to get my money back. This have to be a scam. No one is responding to my emails or nothing

Wish I could rate a ZERO!! I purchase Feb 6/24 and it wasn’t until I emailed and messaged 1 week later did they say my item was out of stock! I have been trying to get a refund since then and all they do is give you the run around ! I think this company is a scam! I have purchased previously and never had an issue. I email and send messages on WhatsApp which is a total joke! They want to send a gift on my next purchase as an apology!! I want my damn money back, never ordering from this POS company again!! Let see if this gets posted on the site but I don’t care as I will be posting it online on many different platforms !
