I had a very frustrating experience with Sunber Hair. Before I purchased the wig, communication was quick and responsive. However, after I decided to return the wig, the communication suddenly stopped.
The wig I received was not what I had ordered. I contacted them about the issue, but they told me they could not help me, so I decided to return the wig instead.
I sent the wig back and provided the return tracking number, a photo of the package and my receipt. I also contacted them several times asking them to confirm the return, but I have received no response.
This is completely unacceptable. They are thieves. Be very careful before ordering from this company.

WARNING: Sent fake synthetic plastic hair instead of 100% human hair!
Do not buy from Sunber Hair! A wig was ordered that was explicitly advertised and sold as "100% Human Hair," but a cheap, counterfeit unit made entirely of synthetic plastic fibers was sent instead.
When the hair arrived, it was washed once, and the synthetic plastic defects immediately became apparent. A fiber test performed on a small strand melted into a hard, uncrushable plastic bead, chemically proving it is fake.
When customer support was reached out to, they tried to use standard stall tactics to avoid giving a refund, completely ignoring that they shipped fraudulent goods. They initially authorized a return but deliberately let the shipping label expire. Now, their support team is actively refusing to issue a new printable label or provide a valid return pathway, effectively trapping the purchase funds.
This business is running a classic bait-and-switch scam and using terrible customer service barriers to block consumer refunds. Fraud reports are being formally filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the State Attorney General. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Don't order from them there hair is not…
Don't order from them there hair is not real Human hair it's mixed with synthetic. I went to the salon to style one wig I bought from them and the staff at the salon said this is not 100 % human it's mixed. The couldn't curl it with the curling tongs.
