Do not purchase from Suits Direct - they use EVRI as their delivery provider who are one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. I paid £300 for a suit and next day delivery and it did not arrive. Evri are uncontactable and bene told by Evri after 5 days to just keep waiting, they wont refund my money until they can contact EVRI however EVRI are uncountable. Currently they have taken my money, provided no product and unwilling to refund

I visited your Cribbs Causeway branch 05/09/26 and unfortunately, I wanted to share some feedback regarding our experience. We have previously visited your Street branch, where we received excellent customer service and found the store to be clean, tidy and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience at Cribbs Causeway was quite different. When we entered the store, one member of staff did not acknowledge us at all and appeared to avoid engaging with us. Another member of staff was helpful when we approached them, but when we asked about trying suits on, we were told that only one person could try them at a time, which was disappointing given the nature of the appointment/visit. More concerning, however, was the condition of the sample shirts available to try on. They were visibly very dirty and unclean. I appreciate that these are sample garments and are tried on by numerous customers, but I do feel there is a genuine hygiene concern when clothing being provided for customers to try is in this condition. I wanted to raise this with you as I feel it is something that should be addressed. We had such a positive experience at the Street branch previously, so the contrast was particularly disappointing. Great service, easy to speak to staff

Paul from the outlet store in Cheshire oaks gave me amazing customer service. His eye for detail was exceptional. He was amazing at his job and helped us no end. I would highly recommend to talk to Paul about what kind of suit you would like as he helps you find a suit you wouldn’t normally look at

Placed order online for a pair of shoes. When they arrived the shoes were in a box saying they were brown, but the shoes were black. Used the only source of contacting Suits Direct but after five days still no response. There is no telephone contact other than the stores. Went into my local store (40 mins away) and the said the couldn’t refund as the systems were down. It does beg the question why would a quality company with a customer focus deliberately set up a customer service system that ensures you can’t contact them. Avoid

Just wanted to thank Tracy from the Merry hill store. She showed so much compassion to me when buying a suit for my mums funeral. She couldn't of been more helpful and kind. Thank you again.

Service in Birmingham branch was ok initially but after paying over £320 for a suit then on trying it on finding a hole about an inch wide along a seam we phoned the branch to see what our options were as it was for our sons graduation. We were told we could go back for a refund - not acceptable as we need the suit and would have to pay train fare as we don’t live close and they didn’t have the size in stock anyway so another option was order and pay for a pair online and bring faulty ones back within the return period for the refund - well ok but the delivery charge was extortion and nowhere along the line was there any mention of a gesture of goodwill etc so all in all very disappointed dreadful customer service will never use them again even if we were offered a fiver off especially as you have to pay a fiver for the bloody suit carrier )or a free pair of socks for the trouble - Awful 😡

Worst service ever!! Doncaster Lakeside. Staff standing around doing nothing, no offer of help, walking around like the worked on saville row, what a joke!! Ordered a suit in May told they would have to order it in. Waited until July nothing! Rang them and was told it hadn’t been ordered, guy who served us was very rude had clearly forgotten and was on holiday. Told it would be in the following week could my husband go in and get measured as trousers would need shortening. A week later I rang at 9am and apparently the trousers had been altered and the jacket just came in. They we’re going to ring me! Yeah right! Went down to try it on staff still standing around, no offer of help except for one guy called Lee who was amazing and very helpful. Couldn’t do enough, maybe the rest of them need him to train them! If it hadn’t been for him there would be no stars. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this shop!!
