Suitcase.comReviews of suitcase.com

Cheap, dependable, quality goods. Don't waste your time looking at other sites. Really!

willing to help when item no longer available. made appropriate changes for similar briefcase. very pleased with responsiveness.

Responsive - got the answers to every single mail in the same working day. Responsible - notified me about all the changes in the order process I asked them to Helpful - did everything in their power for the order to arrive by the date I needed it (international shipment) Other than that, in my opinion they went over what I would say is expected level of assistance to a customer.

The suitcase we ordered was priced well below any other site and shipping was right on time.

Addendum to previous review: The luggage is the model that I was supposed to receive. A gentleman from Suitcase.com was kind enough to call immediately upon receiving my first review to see how he could right my situation. Actually, there was nothing that needed to be corrected. I was misinformed about the luggage at an outlet store. My son that works in the luggage of a department store said I have the correct luggage. I apologize for my previous review. I give this company a 10.

This was one of the most successful online transactions I have ever completed. They had a lower price than anyone and the item showed up much earlier than I expected, in perfect condition. Thank you! I will certainly shop with them again.

I ordered a product that I was looking for. This site had a very fair price. It arrived quickly and in fabulous condition. What is not to like? Five stars!

Suitcase.com had the best price for the Samsonite Inova 28" suitcase, so we ordered it, it also came with free shipping. A win-win all the way around.
