Kimmie, Thank you for your comments, we take these comments very seriously. We saw that your order came in on December 6, 2013 in the evening. This order was monogramed and ship the next day. We sent an email at Dec 7, 2013 1:53:47 PM. We handed the package to USPS on December 7, 2013 4:41 EST pm. The Post Office took 7 days to move a 2 day priority mail package. This is not acceptable, we were not aware of this issue and will be addressing this will the US Postmasters department later today. I feel bad that you were not satisfied if we had shipped via UPS the wallet would have arrived on the same day. It does take 5 - 6 business days from east coast to west coast. You had stated that you had requested updates three times, In looking at the mail and phone logs we do not see any attempts for an update. We strive for a rapid response to processing all orders. Again, I am sorry we have failed your standards, we are working on finding a way to satisfy all customers every time. We appreciate you input and we value your comments.
