Any negative reviews about SugarBabyCare products or customer service I've seen really catch me by surprise. My experience with SugarBabyCare products it top-notch! I am a very fair-skinned African American woman in my mid-forties. All of a sudden I started suffering from constant acne (not just during my menstrual cycle), as well as acne marks and hyperpigmentation that just wouldn't go away! My usual face routine wasn't cutting it anymore. I felt extremely unattractive, and no matter how many times I washed my face it never felt clean. I needed serious help. There are so many products on the market today that I didn't know where to start. I just knew that I didn't want a solution plagued with a slew of unrecognizable ingredients and toxins. I also have sensitive skin. I came across SuparBabyCare products on social media. At first I was skeptical. But I was so desperate for a viable, and affordable solution that I decided to take advantage of a buy 1 get 1 free promo. The products arrived within 1 week. I was even able to pay in 4 installments (thanks to their affiliation with the Shop App. I had an event in 3 weeks. The SugarBabyCare product use promise was a drastic change in dark marks and blemishes in 4 weeks. So, I decided to use the products twice per day. I used the Glow Up with Kojic Acid pump in the morning, and the Glow Up pads in the evening. I started to see a change within the first couple days of use. My skin was becoming radiant! My glow was returning, and my blemishes and hyperpigmentation marks were fading quickly. I was so excited!!!! So, I stuck with it, two times per day. In conclusion, All of my dark marks were gone in time for the event, so not only did SugarBabyare deliver on their promises, but they delivered sooner than expected! My natural glow has completely returned. I feel confident and attractive again! No more trying to hide my face as much as possible. I even got my husband to start using their products. He loves the results too! I even reordered the Glow Up pads and pump, as well as the Glow Up Kojic Sugar Face Scrub! I have never had a problem with shipping, payments, customer service, or receiving damaged or unusable products. I am extremely pleased with my experience and SugarBabyCare has found a lifelong customer!

I purchased 2 bottles during their sale and was very excited as I had been eyeballing their face wash since the launch. I was even more excited when they launched the pump bottles and purchased them during the sale. When I got them there was a strange sticky residue on both bottles but I tried to wash it off but it didn't help. During my 3rd face wash a drop fell on my shirt and caused a stain. I left a review and their team contacted me ASAP and promptly apologized and offered to make things right!!! Good customer service is a sign of a good company with good intentions and I am happy to share my opinion and experience about this "Good Company." I would recommend them based on service alone!!!

So far so good . I had a bit of a crazy start due to not receiving my initial package the very first time I ordered but I reached out to customer service and everything ended up working out. I placed another order with them after that and had no issues . The product also works for my skin so I am satisfied . I can’t wait to receive their Glow serum

I’m sad to see all of the negative reviews. Customer service here has been top notch, and I love the product overall. The smell of the wash is very clean and does not leave any weird residue or coloring in my experience (with the pump wash). I’ve even gotten some on the white shower floor and it washes away without issue. The clean feeling and smell of the pump wash was enough to keep me using it daily and when I had an issue with pump functionality; the staff (via DM) helped me with the return and replacement process without hesitation. If they were unresponsive before, I cannot say I’ve had any similar experience now. Give them a chance and your skin care routine might be forever changed. I will say I have no skin issues to fix, per se, but this product has not caused any issues which was a concern with any new skincare routine. Personally, I can’t wait to get my replacement PUMP bottle in the mail and start using my favorite face wash again. Not gonna lie I haven’t touched the pads I ordered, but I’ll be using those when the liquid pump runs out.

Updating my review. Even though the product ( Glow Deo) wasn’t what I expected, the gritty and dry texture, the company refunded me very quickly after my review. Hopefully they will improve the formula because the idea of that product is good.

I’ve made two purchases and I like the products. I needed a replacement and they responded very quick. The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while. I plan on making future purchases and I recommend their products.
