I have to admit, my 1st order was not received. USPS claim to have delivered it, contacted USPS, took weeks to get a response back, they're unable to track my items. USPS not using the correct lockers to place items. Fast forward, after all correspondence with USPS I contacted Surgarbaby about my items, within few days I got a response and they reshipped my items luckily on the day of delivery I was off and at home that morning. I have been using the scrub with the brush and it has been good thus far. I don't see any changes yet in terms of complexion but my skin does feel softer after using it. Loving the products thus far.

I had a question about my order and Annie responded fast and provided me with an update and tracking on my package. This is my 2nd order of the product but my 1st time ordering the new container with the brush. I’m sure I’ll love it, can’t wait to use it.. 🥰

I had a defective bottle and after emailing and sending a video, I received a prompt response and I’m expecting a new product soon. These products are amazing! My skin has transformed so much. It’s brighter, less dark spots and I’m starting to see a more even-skinned tone.

I placed an order over a month ago and the order was delivered to the wrong home. Sugarbabycare then required I FILE A CLAIM with USPS (their vendor and business associate). It took three phone calls and two online visits to file this claim. Then it took 5 business days for USPS to admit to mis-delivering. Then took 3 business days for SUGARBABY to acknowledge my request for reshipment. Sugar baby reshipped my package and it was then delivered to the wrong STATE. This was such an awful experience. The only thing I can do is laugh because communicating with sugarbaby is a never ending circle of frustration and confusion and passing the buck. I spent my money — why am I fighting to get what I paid for? So I’m supposed to start another claim? They need better business practices. Wish I’d saw these reviews, I would’ve saved myself a month of frustration and 100 bucks. 1 STAR ⭐️ **UPDATE 10/08 - They reshipped my order using a different carrier and I’ve received my package 📦 🤪. A MONTH AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER. USPS sucks. **UPDATE 10/14 - The products work! I’m using the pads and facial foam cleanser; they’re effective apart but better together. You don’t need to use it every day. I’ll update the rating

My review is about Customer Service! I reached out via chat stating I never received an order confirmation email or anything of the nature. They asked for some information needed to look up my order and at first they stated they couldn’t find it but after 2 days of still researching, my order was found and delivered! So I thanked them very much for an awesome job!!

I haven’t received my product. USPS lost it but this review is for the customer service. Although I never received an email back after a couple tries, once I reached out via the chat feature on the website, my problem was resolved right away and my replacement items are being shipped out.

I ran into this product in an ad on ig and i was actually looking to replace my current cleanser. Im so glad i made the switch!!! I thought glass skin was a myth. Took me about 3 weeks of using the pads and my skin has never looked better. I let myself run out before i placed another order. I cannot wait till it comes in the post. My skin is not ohk without it!!!!
