Won't Call It a Scam, But DEFINITELY Bad Business
1. Purchased during BOGO sale. Only received 1 of each qualified item (ordered 3). 2. Called/left voicemail, emailed, inboxed on Messenger, and posted a request for help on one of their many Facebook, sponsored ads. 3. Received communication from "Annie" about how her screen "should have looked" vs how mine looked, and how, " as a special gesture" , they'd send me a free item, AFTER I sent notification to her, of giving them a positive review on TrustPilot. 3. Informed her that I couldn't help how the screens looked on their end and how every item showed as BOGO when I did the transaction, and that I'd be happy to post a positive review after receiving everything I ordered. 4. Received communication that they were sending my missing items. 5. Received my package. Pore cleanser was STILL missing. Glow Wash had been leaking. The pads looked fine. 6. Emailed Annie to inform her of my disappointment, that I will no longer be pursuing this, and that I'd submit the review, as requested. I didn't appreciate the quid pro quo-ish exchange. I expressed that they know they were having a BOGO free sale and that they KNOW people were patronizing that sale because of the advertising they kept sharing. It is very easy and convenient to claim that something wasn't chosen on a screen when you don't send out confirmation emails/invoices. My screen absolutely showed ALL qualifying items as BOGO upon checkout. Way too many people have had this same problem/complaint.
