I ordered what I thought was a bundle that included the glow wash, glow up pads and a free serum. I reached out to customer service, they informed me the bundle I thought I ordered did not include the glow wash. I was told if I filled out a review, they would send me a glow wash for the mix up.

The bundle I ordered initially included the glow wash, pads and serum but instead received penetrating scrub (no glow wash). They sincerely apologized for the confusion and offered to make it right. I did notice that there are item mixups alot of the time. A bit of a red flag for me. Packing warehouse needs to do better. These things leave a bad taste in customer's mouth. I will update my review once my order has been corrected

The product shipped fast and I’ve been using it for a few days and it works great! Love the smell and how smooth my skin is afterwards!

My experience with this customer service was horrible. I ordered the face wash that was buy one get one free. Well I only received one, when I emailed about the order the customer service rep told me to do a review, screenshot it and they will do a good gesture and send the other part of my order. Wow… is all I could say. At this point I don’t care if I don’t receive the other bottle, I will never order from this company again.
