I have been trying to get this part from my dealer for over 6 months (under warranty). After many excuses, they now said it was on backorder. Found the exact part by looking at parts diagram and part number on the knob and found it on your site in a few minutes. Received in a few days. Great experience!

Yeah it's me again after finally getting an email telling me that the part had been returned because the site that I had put down is my address was vacant. I find that hard to believe they told me it had been returned to the facility and after I gave him a PO box to send it to it actually arrived the very next day. Customer service is terrible. Absolutely terrible. They don't reply to your emails, text messages from the number that they give and then lie to me and tell me that I received a tracking number and maybe it went to my spam inbox. Neither did I receive it in spam regular email or on the website that I had to sign up with in order to see and look at my order. I hate that this is the only company that will carry a part for me that I can get and with all of the other complaints about paying extra the $3.99 for 3-day shipping and then they still didn't receive it or a tracking number. What's going on with our world? Why do we accept this and shame on you as a company you stink and I hope I never have to use you again

4 weeks wait for a furnace cabinet is horrible. I paid up front with the expectation of getting the part in a timely manner I'm at a loss just waiting and waiting.
