I was very satisfied with how they expedited my order

I had to replace my glass stove top and had a hard time figuring out the right part number. I contacted customer service through email and they responded with the right part number and how to place an order. The part arrived within a week of order!

Quick reliable and highly satisfying

The package arrived in poor shape and the part was unusable, who knew that the postal service in Missouri was so disgruntled! After emailing, I was super surprised by the speed of the response and the options given to me to rectify the problem. After sending some photos, I received an almost immediate reply once again, and they were able to ship another. Then due to being a full time work camper, I had to move before the replacement arrived! They were so gracious about it and advised me that it had been returned by my last campground as “undeliverable”. Another email explaining the situation and once again they were so gracious to resend it, out to me so quickly that it arrived before I did, at my new job! I was astounded by that, actually… Mind you that none of this was the fault of suburban, totally the postal service and my need to move to pay for dog food. But their level of customer service and willingness to satisfy their customers was absolutely amazing! Thank you from the bottom of my roaming heart! You guys totally rock!!!

Items were easy to find on the site. Made my order. Some items were later to revealed to be not in stock and they reached out to me very quickly to let me know this and have me clear options to proceed. Everything was sorted out very quickly, in stock Items were shipped and out of stock Items were refunded.

Parts were easy to order. Fit perfectly. I got them in a timely manner, and easy to install. Good job.
