The part that I ordered arrived quickly and worked perfectly.

Good news first? Delivery is quick enough. Customer service responds quickly and very apologetic when things go wrong. Product is well packed. The bad? They do not know how to count. Ordered 2 grates and a 4 pack of grommets. I receive 1 grate and 1 grommet. After contacting customer service? They promptly apologized, shipped out the other grate and another package with only 1 grommet in it. So, 2 overpriced grommets still MIA! Updated 29 Oct 2022 So, as I said, customer service really wants to make sure you are happy. When finding out I still hadn't received my complete order; they sent out my missing 2 grommets. Even understanding errors in packaging; I did raise the star rating to 3, but could not bring myself to raise it any higher. They did promptly send the missing grommets swiftly. I just got them yesterday due to them being sent to my daughters house. I mean the business deals with RV parts. Important to get the order right within a short time. While I was in the area to pick up the second shipment, I wasn't there for the third. An error should have taken only a second shipment and not a third. (Hence the third star and not 4) All in all? I would actually order from this company again. They do ship promptly and customer service does care. The likelihood of the same error on another item? Well, you can do the odds. Thankfully I will not have to order the grommets again.

The unit itself was awesome. The only complaint I have is that the wiring could be a little longer. It's usually a tight fit and they have to be wired while in the RV which makes it a pain. I know I could extend the wires but why not do it during manufacturing. Literally another 6-12 inches would make a huge difference.

I ordered the range top ignitor knobs. They were exactly the same as the previous set and they fit perfectly. Not expensive at all.
