correct parts

Recieved the product within a few days. Good timing on delivery.

I received the parts I ordered from "Suburban RV Parts" and they were damaged during shipping (USPS). "Suburban" reissued those parts quickly with no problem. Not many companies would do that! A great company to do business with!!!!!! Dwayne

Came in a couple days and is the right fit.

They had the parts I was searching for. Shipping is a little slow but it's coming. 1 came quickly the other is slower. Thank you for having my parts

I was a bit hesitant ordering off of a website I am not familiar with but really needed this part that I could not find anywhere else, So I took a chance and ordered it. The order confirmation was quick and the part shipped out right away. And happy to say, it didn’t take 3 weeks to get here. From the time I ordered, which incidentally was a Saturday, to the time I received my part was only 4 days. Supper impressive. And high-quality parts as well. I will certainly look and shop SuburbanRV every time the need arises for any parts they carry. Thank you

Thermostat worked great! Glad I bought OME as the aftermarket on off Amazon was crappy and only lasted a few days.

No problems with installing
