It's it's a new norm in today's post COVID world. I did receive my item today, I've ordered from Suburban Rv before and their service is top notch. How my rating for them was what it was confused me as I never chose that rating, I just inputted, it was backordered. I rate them a 5.

You did fine. The part is not the same as the ones in the stove. Super difficult to install.

When I ordered parts for my griddle, the parts came with manufacturer defects. Suburban RV Parts customer service worked with me and the manufacturer until the issue was identified and resolved. One part could not be replaced due to something on the manufacturer's end (I found a generic one), so Suburban RV refunded us. They were extremely pleasant, great to work with, and stuck with until the weird issue was resolved.

Well I bought the furnace thinking it would take a couple weeks to ship and a few days to arrive. I was pleased to see it ship right away and in a couple days it was there. All self explanatory to install went in plug and play and fired right up.

I visited several RV parts websites, but Suburban made it easy to find all of the parts I needed without going through a lot of searching. The parts were easy to find, easy to order and arrived quickly. I'll definitely Use Suburban again when I need more parts.
