Not charging a fee to book an appointment or at minimum returning a fee if I have to cancel.

The booking fee is a temporary authorization used to verify the card on file, and the actual service charge is only processed after the appointment is completed. If the professional cancels outside of their no-show or late cancellation policy window, the booking fee is refunded automatically. If the client cancels, the fee is generally non-refundable, though our team can review specific situations. The booking fee is currently a standard part of the booking process on StyleSeat.
