Run to vargaro!

After being with styleseat for many years, I’m ending my subscription as soon as they unfreeze my pro stylist account. Clients have paid me and they have put my account on hold refusing to release the payments or refund to clients, stating that I must now again verify my identity and banking info, although it’s the same account through which they have paid me 5k over the last year. They constantly threaten you if a client chooses to pay with cash, as if it’s the technicians fault. The technology is flawed and provides confirmation the day after the clients appointment and of course there’s no 800 number to voice your opinions, the customer service email is ran by bots, and I’ve contacted the company 13x’s now, with (maybe) one human response. I have attempted to reach out to them on Facebook, instagram, linkedin and through their compliance email address. At another occasion styleseat removed my clients credit card from her account without her permission and she felt like it was due to fraud. I seriously recommend vagaro.com and would never recommend styleseat. It’s a slow, unethical, glitchy, no responsive and unprofessional company. Stay away.
