During this time of staying home for COVID19 prevention, quilting tread was hard to find online. This site came through. Shipping was almost as fast as amazon prime, since they were taking a couple of weeks also.

That's great! Enjoy!

The products I bought are what I needed. They didn't put any 'no bending' sticker or anything on the package. So the mailman bent the package to put it in the mailbox. Effectively destroying the products I bought. The mail service is not liable for the damage without the sticker.

Hi Samantha, I am so sorry to hear about this! Leaving the sticker off was definitely an oversite that should not have occurred! If you would please email us [email protected], we can arrange a refund or a replacement for you.
