Very quick to receive product
Very quick to receive product. Second time I have used Glide thread-have found both times I have much fewer tension issues than with other brands I have used. I think Glide is my new favorite thread.

Our usual timeline is 1 to 3 business days for processing and 2 to 5 days for delivery. Store was great
Store was great. Quick and free delivery. However, the black rub n buff had a grainy consistency. All other colors I’ve used have been smooth. Not sure if that is normal for black or if I received an old or defective tube.

Heavy duty scrapbook paper folders
Folders were heavy duty and exactly what I wanted for scrapbook paper storage. They fit in my paper bin perfectly. Very pleased with product!
