StudyFetch does not or cannot do everything it claims to do. I have paid for the live recording and live note-taking aspect, and it glitches every time, stopping and not restarting 30 seconds into the recording.

overall great tool to use for study one major problem it doesn't accurately record professors' lectures with low voices and when recording it suddenly stops so I have to keep refreshing the page

it worked well for the 1 it let me use it then it reverted back to its “pay me” version and didn’t allow me to use its features. Any suggestions?

It allows me to actually listen to the professor during lectures, without having to worry about taking notes for later. Because of StudyFetch, I went into my finals way more confident than ever before, and my grades totally showed it. It's not just some app; it's like it really gets how I learn and makes studying less of a chore and more something I actually enjoy.

I couldn't access the site using either Chrome or Edge browsers. As a last resort, I tried DuckDuckGo, created an account, and experimented a bit. I reported the issue to Support but received neither an acknowledgment nor a reply. The file upload is limited both in size and in the number of pages. This information isn't provided upfront, so I had to split my PDF to reduce its size and decrease the number of pages in each section. I used the FlashCard tool, which is nice as it allows for requesting additional information if something in the response isn't clear. However, this additional information cannot be added to the flashcard's answer. Therefore, the integration of the flashcard utility with Studyfetch's version of ChatGPT is lacking. As an experiment, I asked ChatGPT (outside of Studyfetch) to read my PDF files and distill "FlashCard-styled Questions and Answers" from the text. From 601 pages, it generated 45 Q&As. These results were presented as a text document, not as virtual flashcards. I'm unsure if the Basic Plan has a trial limit, as the site continuously redirects me to the Upgrade page. It's possible that the Basic Plan restricts testing different tools provided by StudyFetch unless one discontinues using another tool. If that's the case, it's unfortunate that one cannot fully explore the site's offerings without investing time in workarounds to avoid immediate upgrading. I plan to explore the site a bit more before deciding whether it's worth further investigation.
