Do NOT touch this product with a barge pole. Product arrives unbranded. ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT WORK. A complete con and an illegal practice to send out unbranded goods when a customer has paid for branded product. I am so annoyed that, yet again, I have been conned into buying something from Instagram which does not live up to expectations and promises by the company. This should be better regulated by Instagram. Company very slow to respond to emails. I have to wait 3 days before any response is received. Company keeps fobbing off by asking questions such as how have I applied product etc to delay actioning a refund. I am STILL waiting for a refund......... Studiodermal - you should be ashamed of yourselves for taking hard-earned cash for fake product!☹️

Probably an unfair assessment as have only just ordered a product, I regret not reading Trust Pilot reviews (rookie error) prior to ordering, My discomfort was due to the fact that the company had my bank details on file from presumably a previous purchase I had no recollection of. I will give an honest review on receipt of the product.

Absolute rubbish. Product did not have any of the advertised effects and they refused to give money back if you’d opened the product despite the advert saying there was a 30 day money back guarantee

The eye firming cream did not work, not even a little bit. Company says refunds without question but I can not get a refund as I have opened and used the product. You have to open and use the product to use it, false advertising. Very unhappy with their product and customer service.

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this product. I applied the product as per instructions and as soon as I put corrector on top it went flakey and I had to remove it. I wrote to the company and asked for a refund and was told because I had opened and used the product I was not able to get my money back. If you don't open and try how would you know if it works or not. I now have a £20 tube of cream in my cupboard which I cant use, so in my opinion it is a total waste of my money. very unsatisfied customer!
