This company states a 30 day money back guarantee with their under eye temporary tightener. But if you open the product and try it, which how would you know if it worked or not, that 30 day money back guarantee supposedly is void. I asked the company to send me 2 times a copy of their 30 day money back guarentee and never received that. You pay to ship back product, they say they charge you a restocking fee. They are not honoring a 30 day money back guarentee, and are very difficult to deal with. I needed to contact my credit card company to get help with this situation after numerous attempts to contact Studio Dermal. I would suggest not doing business with them, and instead going to an Ulta, Sephora, or Daytons who have you try their products and if they don’t work offer you a real refund. Also what I would suggest for this company going forward is to send a one time sample along with their product to each customer. If it didn’t work for the person, then they would not have to open the product and could get their full refund. To advertise a 30 day money back guarentee and then not honor that is a scam and not right

Liars. Deceptive. After 4 days I asked to return it. They asked for picture of items. They then said I couldn’t return opened product. How can you guarantee something when people can’t open it! Then they said I can return the unopened, at my expense. Shipped international with tracking. So deceptive. Save your money

The delivery arrived and the seal on tube wasn't on properly, therefore 1/5 of the tube was lost. However, it didn’t matter as this product doesn't do what is claimed. The slightest change appears but it doesn't hold. Do not waste your money.

Do not buy. It's fine until you smile and then it leaves creases worse than you started with - I look 100 years older! Also they won't refund even though the product doesn't work as advertised, they only refunded unopened tubes.

Never received my product. The phone number provided indicated a none working number and email address provided indicated no such site.
