Don't waste your money with ths product. I am still waiting fir mine to be delivered from ordering 2 weeks ago and a friend of mine said it doesn't do anything but leave a white smear under your eye!!!

Stacy kept me apprised of the delivery time every stage of the way. I was initially concerned because the item did take some time to get to me, but Stacy kept me on an even keel. She was totally reassuring and professional.

My unfortunate experience with a lost delivery has been made much more acceptable by the service I have received from Claire B on the support team, who has listened and taken all the details from me. She has resent my order which I collected from my local post office yesterday.

Ordered studio dermal instant eye lift, it took weeks to arrive and when it did I was so eager to try it straight away, to say I was disappointed is an understatement, this product is not fit for purpose, in fact it made my eyes look worse. Having read the recent reviews I didn’t wast my time trying to get a refund just put it down to my gullible self believing the adverts about how amazing it is supposed to be, utter rubbish. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Product did not work and the packaging does not look like that on the advert. No info inside and looked fake. I contacted the company who gave lots of excuses and asked if I had used the product correctly then said I had no rights to a refund as the product was open. How can I know if it works without trying the product?? Eventually after telling them I would contact my solicitor they agreed to a refund however this was only partial despite me telling them I did not want a partial refund I wanted a full refund because the product is not fit for purpose in my opinion. Had to contact my credit card company who have refunded the balance. Anyone else think these 5 star reviews look odd?

Do NOT buy this product. It did not work AT ALL and more importantly, when I requested a refund I was told I have to return the product to ASIA!!!! Cost approximately £20 which is more than the item cost. It’s a scam. Please DON’T waste your money.

One of my three tubes was not the latest improved product but this was sorted out quickly by a very good customer service team headed by Clare B and a replacement sent
