I have reserved a flight in Studentuniverse, the ticket prices are super low. I was surprised and very happy. I highly recommend students to reserve through studentuniverse. And the customer service was good too.

Initially, I choose to book my flight with Student Universe due to their fare being MUCH LOWER than the other sites. I was then pleasantly surprised at the great customer service they provided when I called in with questions. Their staff is knowledgeable and very friendly which was such a nice bonus!

booked flights through Studentuniverse. They then later agreed to refund the money due to their inability to address our subsequent requests. We never used the flights but then later Studentuniverse told us they could not honor their agreement to provide a refund. So they kept our money and we never took the flight. This is not a travel agent, they are thieves.

This is a great portal for getting tickets at a good price. I fpund that the prices change all the time, even for the same flight. So check back frequently! Defentielty, something I reccomand.
