I like the Company has office and shops in Australia UNLIKE the other ONE Dreams has overseas shop in India has FRAUD or careless mistake to charge for my credit card of flight I did NOT book. That's making me NOT like to book my flight online for security reasons to give out my credit card details to strangers.

The booking was easy however I need to make a change to my flight and I have been given the run around and not have not been able to make the changes that I desperately need

I used to be like student universe a lot, but for some reason they removed option to check the international connectivity flights across India, restricting only to major 5 or 6 main airport in India. If possible please extend your search engine range to navigate flight across India.

I've been trying for several weeks to book my trip but when it came the time to pay I wasn't able, then I downloaded the app and I wasn't able to use my discounted price mailed to me. I wasted so much time, that I missed better deals.

Great prices, but customer service is terrible, the guy I talked to had no idea what he was saying and I ended up just buy the most expensive flight insurance because he was unable to answer the simplest question, and was the biggest waste of my time

In the middle of trying to purchase the ticket, the price was increased. Then, when I tried to actually buy the ticket, it didn't confirm my that I'd bought it and I've been left waiting uncertain of whether I'll have that ticket which I need to know that I have before I book another flight. This is inconvenient. However, it appears that student universe is still doing everything that it can. They didn't charge my card yet, so I'm not angry or anything.
