Great Experience!!! I travel a lot and I have used both Airlines website and travel agents, this is far the best customer service ever and price. I haven't been this satisfied in dealing with reps on customer service in a very long, they are all professional and will take time to help you in the best way possible. I can't remember her name well, but she was great, I think her name was "MISKHA" she definitely needs a raise.

I had a problem with paying my bag I couldn't do that and then I called custemers service and she was more then welcome to help me and even she sent me screenshut pictures to make me more understand about it I was really appreciate it

I had a funeral to attend last minute and I thank you student universe for getting me to where I needed to be! I will DEFINITELY recommend you EVERY STUDENT I KNOW!THANKS SO MUCH!!😊
