I’ve received an email from student universe so I’m looking forward to seeing them do change when they do I’ll change it to 5 stars. Hi my flight was cancelled due to a change of time I have asked air Lingus for a refund which then they proceeded to give me mixed answers which I made clear I was confused about they than made it clear to me my refund was sent and that it would take 7-10 days for me to receive it however the card air Lingus read for me was a MasterCard which 4 last digits were completely different to my card I proceeded to ring student universe which than confirmed they had my card on their system I’m very confused on why air Lingus have a complete different 4 digit bank number instead of mine I’ve called numerous times to ask which than they proceeded to end the call on me. I’m very disappointed and upset at this.

Prices are great. Registration, ticket booking - all processes were clearly explain and very easy.

Couldn’t book my flight. When through several prompts just for you all to tell me the flight I selected cannot be booked. Complete waste of time.
