i booked a flight for our Son who is in the Uk and desperately needs to get home to Brisbane. His Dad is really ill. London to Vanvouver then to Brisbane. The week after I booked, the airline decided to cancel the last part of the flight schedule. As an alternative. the has the audacity to offer him a rescheduling of London to Toronto then on to Vancouver. Absolutely no mention of the correct destination to Brisbane. We've been told they are actually working against all the the IATA rulings. apparently, they are supposed to find us a flight despite the cost to them. NO WAY. When we've called (10 times and emailed, 10 times) all we are getting is and I quote! "its the airline fault! We've booked with Student Universe a few times before and never had a problem, so Im stunned with the service we have received especially in these dark times. And especially when we cannot afford to book another flight.

This is my third time this year booking flights with StudentUniverse through the coronavirus pandemic. They offer great prices and customer service.

If you are a College Student you must leverage your time and funds in a matter that counts. Student Universe facilitates that clearly with rates and airlines that prevent the need to have to wade through all of the commercial "low price" sites that require you to only go on certain days and if you visit those sites twice an algorithm may have increased the rate to make you buy impulsively. It is nice to know you can take your time and plan a trip without worrying about that. That is why they have my business.

I always check Student Universe before buying flights! They have the best prices, hands down!
