Good customer service.

The customer service is fantastic! They answer questions by email and answer phone calls really fast with high efficiency. I was actually in a rush booking ticket, their speed really gave me security!

Very reasonable

Studentuniverse used to have good prices, but now they are the same as anywhere else. The problem is that the website is extremely slow, and sometimes shuts down on you , and you have to restart. Also the customer service is terrible, if for example your flight gets cancelled by the airline, of there is a flight schedule change.

Fast and to the point, easy to find the right airports and filter by departure time, arrival time, and airlines. Definitely my new favorite website to use for flights. Plus they had the cheapest flights I could find. The app also made things easy to find and put into my phone so I won’t forget my flight.

Customer service weren’t helpful. I wanted to use my travel voucher and they didn’t provide that. Am very disappointed

My first choice to travel around the globe. Excellent service and best prices.

The prices can’t be beat. The website is fast, and the experience is great!
