Bad customer service experience, but given recompense.
**UPDATE** After posting my review below, I was called the same day from the company. They listened to my conversation and apologized for my experience with their customer service representative. They helped me schedule the flight I found before at the original, lower price. I am glad they called me back and were so polite on the phone. Thank you for being a responsible company and fixing this issue. **Original Message** Horrible customer service. The person who was with me on the phone kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask questions. She seemed annoyed to talk to me and got upset when I asked why I could book the flight on the website. I was on the phone trying to use a credit from a previously booked flight I had to cancel. I found two flights on their website where I could use the credit (same airline and ticket type) and she told me that I couldn't book them because they were "unavailable" and instead had to get the tickets that were twice as expensive. I was able to buy the cheaper tickets using their website, but the worker said I could not use my credits because the cheater flights were gone. This made no sense to me since I could still buy them on their website, but the worker kept cutting me off saying that it wouldn't work. I then asked if there was a way to search in their site for tickets I could buy, and she said there was no way. Even if the customer service agent did not know the answer, I was annoyed that I was not directed to someone who would know the answer or would have a way to search for tickets I could use my credits on. I ended the call by asking if there would be a survey after this interaction where I could give some feedback and was told there was none. What company of this size does not have a feedback survey after customer interactions?! This really shows a lack of professionalism. The whole process was ridiculous and showed a complete lack of effort by the company to work on their interactions with customers. I will never get a ticket from this site again.
