Unable to travel and use my flight due to border closures. Student Universe refused to refund due to the flight technically still going ahead however I was unable to travel on it. Student Universe finally agreed to give a flight credit however did not give a credit voucher stating I have to call them to book again. I requested again a refund or for a voucher through the airline direct. I was told this voucher through the airline could take up to 3 months for just a response. Poor service, would not recommend or use this company again. Very disappointing.

Everything was easy and simple. Even confirmed through carrier site. Best app I’ve ever used. As a college student student universe is the best way to go. Thank you!

Glad I found Studentuniverse! There's a lot of agency flight booking sites and I am torn about what to choose. Until I came across this site and seen a lot of positive reviews. I tried to create an account and start booking a flight, then pay for it. And Voila! it was successful! Unlike with the previous site I tried, I waste my time creating an account and booking a flight but in the end, it is unsuccessful and was told that one of the flight or fare is unavailable. Why the heck they put it on their website available if it's really not! But it was solved by Studentuniverse. Thank you for the great booking experience! Kudos to you!

I needed a last minute ticket at a good price for my daughter to return to College and Student Universe had one for me. I would highly recommend them. Excellent!!
