I accidentally booked my ticket incorrectly. Despite long call wait times, I had the option to get a call back. I was called within informed time, and the customer service was great. They fixed my ticket. It was easy and painless.

I bought my ticket home from Dar Es Salaam to Chicago. The next day I receive an email that the very last flight from JFK to Chicago was cancelled. Yet, the app is still selling the exact ticket I bought. I still have not heard anything back from them about how I will be getting home to Chicago and my flight leaves tomorrow.
