Absolutely terrible service!!!! I booked a hotel in Miami for 2 double beds in June (almost a month before I was going). As soon as I got to Hyatt, they told me they couldn't find my reservation. I called StudentUniverse and after almost a 1.5 hour hold, they told me that my reservation never went through. Funny since I NEVER got an email saying that and instead got emails confirming my reservation and a transaction of almost $300. Well, they offered to relocate me to Hyatt. After almost 3 hours on the phone and they were like "well book a similar type of room as your original". I originally booked 2 double beds + 1 sofa bed. I got 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed instead for 4 people. They just keep going back and forth and keep me on hold for HOURS. Terrible terrible service. Never use them.

I love this website/app! I was trying to find a last minute flight to see friends, and they had a huge markdown for plane tickets! What would have been a $700 ticket turned out to be just under $400. Thank you, Student Universe! You guys truly rock.

Flight was cancelled by airline and rebooked to an earlier flight. Agency requested confirmation by return email. Sent 3x eMails requesting to cancel. Agency failed to communicate with airline and entire passage was lost. Impossible to phone agency through interminable phone loops. NEVER AGAIN WITH STUDENTUNIVERSE, AT ANY PRICE!! Agency responded after this review and an additional complaint posted with the BBB. Extensive eMail communication previously with agency and bank to no avail... Funds were deposited today back into my MC account. Thank you, Trustpilot. The reply from the agency below is suggesting the dispute was caused by delayed eMail response from passenger. Not so. It originated with ambiguous wording of an eMail sent by the agency, which was promptly answered as requested. Hope they improve their communication procedures for the sake of other passengers. By the way, their call centre is very often overloaded, as has been expressed by other travellers in this forum. Lastly, this dispute for relatively little $ should have been remedied way before it was necessary to upload to social media - for the sake of the company.

Erm so I think there should be some codes suggested for (first time) customers like us because we were new to studentuniverse so we didn’t know there were applicable codes for a discount. Besides, I find it annoying whenever my shift is expired and then I have to sign in again. (At first I didn’t notice that but then when I finished the billing information and submitted, I had to sign in one more time and redo everything)

I love studentuniverse! I always use them to book my domestic and international flights

Student Universe is really amazing.
