Student universe has given me and my family a relief with booking air fares at student discount price. Even though flights has 1 stop, it’s still great prices to travel back home for the holidays. Thanks student Universe and all airlines.

I selected the wrong flight due to a bug in the app! Since this was late and a few days before my trip, I was worried I won't be able to get this resolved. Fortunately, Alester Amaro, a customer service representative, answered my call (in 20 minutes despite the wait time being over 96 minutes) and allowed me to select the correct flight, at no additional cost! I really appreciate it, highly recommend student universe for discounted flights! Misha

Your company is fucing stupid. The credit card used for the purchase is the second passenger. But still doing “credit card protect” things and just cancel my flight without notify me. Finally I have pay extra money for the total same flight. Funny thing is I booked two flight together. The first cheaper one has the issue. The second one do not. Garbage company ever, I will never use it again.

Any issue you wait 90minutes for the call to be answered while being charged international rate when you're abroad. I rebooked my ticket as my flight was delayed just to be told by the airline that the agent didn't confirm the ticket and I cannot travel. Stuck in Asia far from home due to total incompetence of this company. AVOID

Hi there, we apologize this was your experience. Unfortunately, our call lines are a lot longer due to the holidays and rising omicron cases. We reached out to you directly for more information so that we could help you get this sorted, but never heard back. If there's anything else we can do to help, do let us know.
