Great briefcase and super service.

I think there are a lot of brands that make high quality bags, these are no exception. The reason why I would order again from Stuart and Lau specifically though, is because of their friendly, patient support that also went the extra mile for me. Working out things with fed-ex about getting the right import taxes presented was a major help. I have no experience buying from overseas so it's thanks to support that the whole process didn't stress me out. Cheers!
