Company is offering an incredible product. It is well thought out design. I will need to use it longer to evaluate durability and sustainability. The shipment experience was not ideal and would recommend the vendor to use a shipment service like fedex, UPS, OnTrac or others that can ensure door to door delivery.

the service, fast support reply and quality product

Recommended on wirecutter so I bought a briefcase. Very nice until zipper broke in about three years. Made me send photos to approve my sending it back to them, at my expense. Took more than a month, for them to finally send a new one in a different color. Wanted professional black, but now have an espresso that is not but does not project the image I wanted.

UPDATE: SnL have teamchef put to me, and Arne most convieniently storkes to solve my issue. Good service. Original: After a long and thorough search I found a briefcase that suited my needs for both functionality and style. I convinced myself that the briefcase was worth the price and the extra import tax from US to the EU. Unfortunately, after a one year the buckle to the shoulder strap broke. I wrote to the customer service, today more a than a month later I have not received a reply.

Great bag looks sturdy and of great quality. My only complaint is the magnet to hold on to the luggage's stroller. it doesn't seem to hold on very well and looks a little untidy when it detaches to the stroller

Truly functional bags that are stylish. The designers have really thought through what people need and want in a bag.

Purchase experience was very straightforward and simple. Design and product quality are top notch. My only wish was for free shipping for a large purchase
