Jason was explaining the process of the debt resolution with clarity and patience. He also offered his assistance along the entire process which makes it easier to accept and have the reassurance of having someone available to ask questions and get reassurance as things progress. Thank you for that!

Well this company basically takes you from a problem to a bigger one. They will tell you sweet talk about 0 interest. And how that you will pay your debt in 3-4 years. But the catch is - once you signed the contract, they don't tell you that they will take 5-7 months negotiation with the creditor companies to settle to new balance so they will get paid the 35% reduction in the balance. Meanwhile, you are liable to these cards (they will tell you that they will take care of it, which of course it is not the case, because your name is still on these cards) and you are making monthly payments along that. I was lucky that I read all the reviews and pick up the catch and my salesman, Robert Chelminiski was annoyed about my questions about paying off my debt first bwfore making ang monthly payments. At the end, this is fradulant company that will actually take your money and won't solve your problem. The actual real debt consolidation (if your can find one because most of them are scam) to get lower rate for your debt, meaning some company will pay your debt and you will pay them with lower rate, THIS IS CALLED DEBT CONSOLIDATION. Beware folks from all these scam companies.

It was great working with Alexis. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Within an hour Rita and I were able to check loan offers and actually get a loan. This was with Alexis on the phone guiding us all of the way. It was very easy to get the loan that we needed and we were funded in two days. Thank you, Alexis. Great job!

I been trying to contact my advisor to cancel my contract and they don’t answer, What really will happen if I need them for a matter , no response after I left 8 messages. I believe they doing this on purpose because I’m trying to cancel my contact. And this it self makes me believe they are not a good company to start with , Watch out people it could be a scam

From the beginning telephone call the strategic consultant gave concise responses to all questions and further peace of mind enabling myself the upcoming steps would benefit my future in resolution to my financial rut which I have entered. Unknowing what to do, the consultant provided the details in concluding the decision to enter the program to resolve the problem.

Strategic Consulting left out important details about their debt settlement program. The first person you speak to is a sales representative. They do not clearly explain the program. They sugar coat all the pros and leave out the cons. Part of their sales strategy is to keep you motivated about debt relief without revealing in detail what this program entails. The over all intent of companies like this is they know most people do not finish the program. They collect payments, people drop from the program, then they refuse to refund people's money even though they never settled any debts for them. I was connected with Level One Law. I cancelled my contract and revoked payment authorization less than a week after I signed. They still withdrew $491.90 from my account and now are refusing to refund my money. I was told and have paperwork saying I can cancel at any time without penalty or obligation to pay any fees. However, they are still trying to refuse to refund my money. This is definetely a scam and likely anyone's worts option for getting out of debt. Bankruptcy is a faster better option!! They are legally required to tell you "you understand bankruptcy may be a better option". That is because it is. Or finding a way to consolidate loans.
