I've tried many times to call Vincent and their automated phone answering voice kept hanging up on me. Just can't get answers because I feel like Greenstone legal group is trying to screw me.

I have not been able to get in touch with Kory Dillet, who is my Strategic Consultant. I've tried calling him every day & all I get is "your call can't be completed as dialed." I'm using the number that he gave me when we had our one conversation. I've even emailed him to no avail. I don't know what the problem is, but I don't appreciate the lack of communication. I want to speak to someone ASAP!

I received a "Pre-Approved" letter for $17,500. When I called they ran my credit (soft inquiry) and told me that I wasn't qualified for a loan at all. I checked my email prior to writing this review and was told in the email that the state I live in does not allow these loans basically. Then why send the letter to my address which is in the state where you know it's not allowed! Beware of these debt consolidation companies, this is the 2nd untruthful company I've encountered!

First of all they are lucky the are getting two stars from me. I got two letters in the mail. Looked like a loan, but wasn't. So I called and talked to a gentleman by the name of Ben White. Very nice man, but when I got the feeling of buyers remorse (God's way of telling me don't do this) he started to get pushy a little bit. Even set up an appointment with a notary the next day after my doctors appointment. After I thought about it an hour later I called the notary back and told him don't bother and then I called Ben back and told him also I am going to think about it. He told me I was making a mistake. He told me that after signing I could stop paying on my credit cards and to just throw the bills I got away. But after doing some research I am finding out them paying peoples bills off right away is not the case and their credit takes a big hit alright. Right down the tubs because the bills aren't being paid. No thanks I will just continue doing what I am doing right now. My credit score has jump up 17 points since I have made this decision and I am glad I made it. It is like the Lord telling me here is your reward for listening to Me.

I been trying to contact my advisor to cancel my contract and they don’t answer, What really will happen if I need them for a matter , no response after I left 8 messages. I believe they doing this on purpose because I’m trying to cancel my contact. And this it self makes me believe they are not a good company to start with , Watch out people it could be a scam

Again this Gerardo Morales I do need somebody to contact me is there a way for me to contact you all the phone numbers that a can find for this company leeds to a voicemail box and again mister Bulk phone number leeds too a mailbox and there no respond on any of the e mails a have send

Received offer in the mail that said it could consolidate my revolving credit into a single line simple interest loan as low as 3.09% This was interesting to me so i responded. the first call did not have any worthwhile information, simply stated that they would have someone else call me. 2 days later received a call that again could not provide me with any information, simply wanted to set up a time. 3rd call gave them the information they request and received 2 really trash offers that only and idiot would accept with interest rates much higher than my current interest rates. The other was a debt restructuring plan that i dont really need and would be unlikely to actually resolve any of my debt as well as adding negative marks to my debt. I guess if i were actually in trouble i might have liked the service but all i am interested in is moving several lines of revolving credit into a single simple low interest loan which was the offer in the mail. Feels like false advertising to me as no simple interest low apr option was even offered when it was all said and done.

I was looking for a consolidation loan and one ended up being this debt settlement company. I see some good reviews for people signed up in the last 3 months. Ask them again in 2 years. They will have destroyed credit scores, settled maybe half of their debt, with the rest of their escrow going to the debt settlement company in fees. Meanwhile you will likely get sued by your creditors and many judges will care nothing about the "representation" from the debt settlement company and order you onto a payment plan. If you do NOT have a large chunk of cash available, these programs will crush your financial life for 10 years.
