When I first received a notification via the mail from Proper Funding I was tempted to consign this communication to the trash as I am in receipt of so very many "offers'', but there was something about this particular advertisement that interested me I applied online, and soon after that, I was contacted by Mr. David Janosz ( a thoroughly decent man) from Strategic Consulting, and after a lengthy and very informative discussion with him, along with my wife's approval (!) I/we decided to engage their professional services. It has been a very fast, and efficient process since then, I am pretty confident to I endorse Strategic Consulting and in particular Mr. Janosz.

Complete and utter scam. Do not under any circumstances agree to enroll in the credit card debt consolidation plan. Like most 30 something year old's, I have built up credit card debt throughout my time in college, so this seemed like a great plan to get rid of my credit card debt. They show you this low monthly payment, the amount of interest you pay each month, but it's all smoke and mirrors. What they don't tell you until your already tricked is that this is not a loan. Essentially what you are doing is stopping payment on all your cards while Infinite Law Group (which I'm pretty sure doesn't actually exist) tries to negotiate down your balances. That means missed payments, late fees, and possibly getting sent to collections and having to go to court!. Once I realized this, I sent my cancellation form through certified mail, so I knew exactly when it arrives at this supposed law group. Sure enough, even though my letter arrived a week before my first payment was scheduled, they still charged my checking account. Oh, also, once you are handed over to the law group, you'll never hear from Strategic Consulting ever again; they'll completely ghost you. All in all, if you are thinking about doing this, you are better off touching a hot stove.

Ryan Odell: unreal! I was amazed at how he made my consolidation simple with his personable and smart ability to get exactly what I needed; signed, sealed and delivered in one afternoon! *note- working with a sceptic responding to a hard copy mailer* This guy- give him a raise, or a promotion, or at least a good parking spot! Through his clear communication skills, we were able to get exactly what I needed after a recent home purchase and the credit card expenses that follow when making that house a home. Ryan was able to quickly and efficiently find a loan that paid in full the cc expense AND my vehicle payment! All within a realistic pay off period. I was so thankful for his service that I referred a dear friend, Lindsay Jonas, who has the same excellent and efficient service!
