Although I wasn’t behind I was barely making it. My debt was growing faster than I could pay it down because of interest charges. I know it is all my fault but I still needed to work on a way out from under the stress and debt. I don’t want to go bankrupt as I made the debt and want to pay. I was blown away by all the help and options I was given, how quickly the process was and how the whole team worked with me to start. I feel relief that I haven’t know for quite awhile.

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM ALERT!! Received a letter from Proper Funding Loan Acceptance Department stating... Brian, you have been pre-approved for a debt consolidation loan up to $32,500 and the programs low fixed rate of 3.85%. To take advantage of this offer, call 1-800-349-5242! Turns out Proper Funding is not even a registered business in MI. They are hiding behind a Po Box and a front for both Strategic Consulting and their partners in crime Infinite Law Group! It stated on the back... Prescreen and Opt-out notice: This "prescreened" notice of credit is based on information in your credit report indicating that you meet certain criteria. Instead of calling I went online the second option in the letter and filled out the form. The next day I received 3 phone calls and a text from Strategic Consulting. Third call I answered and was told to go online to get my offers. At which time I was then told there is no loan it is now a law firm by the name of Infinite Law Group that does not provide loans but rather negotiates with creditors to destroy your credit. When I pressed about the PRE APROVAL I was told by senior management to go on Google and look up what pre approval means. Yes, this is really what this scam artist tried to get me to do. I was NOT pre-approved as the letter stated and they never in-fact pre-screened my credit. He then stated exactly that. They never ran my credit for a pre approval. Odd since the letter I have clearly states they looked at my credit and I meet their criteria for a 32,500 loan at a rate of 3.85%! This is the decades old bait and switch SCAM! THEIR OFFER STATES I WAS DELCINED FROM 8-DIFFERENT LENDERS THAT HAD ME PRE-APPROVED FOR UPTO 32,500! TURNS OUT I WAS NEVER PRE-APPROVED FOR ANYTHING!

Everything was so smooth and I felt a weight lifting off my shoulders as I spoke with my consultant. She answered all my questions and was so kind and understanding.

I got a thing in the mail that said I was pre approved for a super low APR loan, so I went online to apply only to be sent to a splash page saying someone would contact me to discuss further. This is where strategic consulting comes in. The mailer was from Loyal Lending, whatever that is. They take alllll your info, like your SSN# and want to know how much all of your bills are, they pull your debt up and show you all of your cards. They lie about their program. The reps are super nice, but this business is SHADY. What they don't tell you is that your credit will get WRECKED because you default on your credit cards for months all while this company takes your money. Fortunately I didn't sign up, I found out the deal before I signed any official paper work or had handed over my bank info. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A 0% APR LOAN.

Kevin was totally professional and did not sound like a salesman. took the time to listen to me and was positive and did not make me feel like I was being judged. Very thankful to take this first step in getting out of debt and moving on with my life.

Thieves?… I tried to cancel their program a day after we signed since I was explained the risks of potential lawsuits, they purposely ignored my calls and emails to keep the first payment as “fees earned”. None of the individuals I spoke with in this program are to be trusted
