I signed up with Strategic Consulting in December 2023. I have been e-mailing my contact, Connor Celotto, at Strategic Consulting for over a week to have an update. I have not had any response. I also tried calling his phone (716-337-5459) but it does not connect. I also tried calling the Strategic Consulting number (855-906-3235) from the website and it also does not connect. Is this a scam?

Like others, I received a mailer saying I was pre-approved for a low-interest rate loan. As soon as I went online and submitted my info, I got a call from Stretgic Consulting (not the name of the company on the mailer). It turns out that they pushed me to a debt settlement program with a law firm. I will admit that Zachary was helpful in answering my questions and didn’t hesitate to reschedule my notary appointment when I requested more time to think about it. Be aware that debt settlement can be appealing with the lower monthly payment but your credit takes a hit and you will likely get collection calls and letters for the first several months and there’s the potential of creditors suing. Everyone needs to make a decision that’s best for their situation; in my case, I found a better alternative so didn’t proceed with them. I really consider debt settlement a last resort and I’m not at that point. Also,I responded to a loan offer, not a debt settlement offer, so I do feel this is a bait-and-switch and I wasn’t comfortable proceeding. To each their own. But do your research and make an informed decision that’s best for you.

I spoke with a financial consultant that was really friendly and answered all my questions. After careful consideration, I decided to cancel this transaction. I sent an email to Atlas and to Strategic Consulting and have not received any type of confirmation. I texted the financial consultant, but haven't heard back. Because I am the customer, communication is of utmost importance to me. I will have to contact my bank and inform them to block any charges. I did place a call to Atlas and they informed me that if I sent the email, then I should not worry. What a bad way to do business without a written response to my cancellation.

While the on boarding experience was nice and communication has been decent. The last 2 months I have been trying to get ahold of my consultant and have not heard back, calling, emailing. Everything started easy but the verdict is still out on everything else..
