Terrible consumer service experience with Chris Lyon. Planned on moving forward with the program when I was in a car accident which led other things things being a priority. I was then almost bullied into trying to stick with the program and was told good luck considering bankruptcy would be my best option.

Mark was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful. I was able to understand everything that he explained to me. He went above and beyond to make sure that all my questions were answered, that I understood the whole process, and followed up to make sure that everything processed properly right to the very end.
