Sarcastic remark when I declined to receive services from them. Not the type of business I want.

I am a skeptic by nature. With my daughter getting married in a few months, I was looking for a way to consolidate my debt to better supply funds for the wedding. I applied online to a company that appeared legitimate via a flyer I received in the mail. I received a call within minutes. The consultant was very welcoming, friendly and clear in every aspect of the conversation and thoroughly answered any questions or concerns I had. He explained what was expected as next steps from both me and all other parties that may be involved in my application for debt freedom. Still, being a skeptic, I had misgivings about doing this. However, the next day I received a call back with more information and clarity. This call back assured me of the legitimacy and integrity of this company. I am very pleased with everything from beginning to end and would recommend Strategic Consulting.

The sales rep Sara Schoolcraft lied to me and after I cancelled the service she did not cancel it and it was active. She also stated that I would receive the full refund back and now they are keeping 65% of it. I spoke to their main line and they were not helpful in assisting me, placed me on hold and hung up on me. I had to call back. Even though I was calm and polite they disregarded my frustration with Sara and their attention to my request.

Kimberly stood on the phone with me for hours while I asked her so many questions. Kimberly showed so much patience, care and knowledge, which helped me feel 100% confident about my decision. I’m super excited to work with her as we try to get rid of my debt. Thank you Kimberly!

Where to start. Michael Kassis is a "beast". Two hours, 28 minutes, 50 seconds, he eased me making a definite commitment. After much apologizes, keeping him up past 100a his time, he kept composed. Michael went through process, and explained each detail of contract until "end". Conversation was much with a friend not an agent. Definitely someone defines "da Aloha spirit".
