I would not recommend this company at all. It’s impossible to return what you bought from them no matter how dissatisfied you are from their product. I purchased a platinum stove guard for our stove and we were dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I was out of the country when it was delivered. My roommates did not like it. I ordered it a few days before I left to go overseas. I was out from 12/13/24 - 01/11/25. The customer service said that the return was only valid until 01/10/25. I explained repeatedly that I was out of the country and did not get back until the 01/11. I even offered to show them my airline ticket. But they were firm on their policy. Their product is way overpriced also.

Wow. Over $100 for a flimsy piece of crap that doesn’t even fit. I could have made this myself for like $15. Doesn’t fit the entire area, only around the burners. Liquids will easily run right underneath it. It’s Iike putting a rubber mat on the bottom of a bowl and expecting anything poured in to just stay on top. See pics. Definitely going back! Wish u had seen these reviews first and not the ones on the site. My bad.

The holes were misaligned so it didn’t lay flat. I returned it. It was Stove Shield that I purchased from not Stove Guard. I hope they are not the same company because I returned the item and place an order with Stove Guard

As soon as I pick it up to clean it all the crumbs fall out and get on the stove and the floor!

I bought stoveguard premium for Viking Gas cooktop. I didn’t use it for 5 days since we were not home for thanksgiving this year. When I started to use my stove with stoveguard, I was surprised that it is not heat resistant and started curling from all the sides with the heat. And now it looks bad and doesn’t stay properly. I sent pictures of the product to return and they said it’s a 7 day return policy. So this product is bad and customer service is horrible. Don’t ever buy it unless you want to loose your money.

Ordered this product Dec. 8, 2024- advertised as, cleanup as simples as 1,2,3; just pick up the sheet and wash clean. When I opened the box, I was astonished, cheap flimsy 4 pieces of junk. I hope the FCC will investigate this company for fraudulent advertising. I called the company and asked for a refund but truly don’t expect this will happen. I wished there was a way to have them investigated. My suggestion, don’t order from this company.

Wish I read reviews before purchase. Don't waste your money! They are not a custom fit. If they were they would be good. They sent me these side guards for free. I wish I hadn't used them. They melted to my stovetop!!!!!I contacted co. And they said it was passed time they could replace. I WOULD NOT WANT THEM REPLACED!

HORRIBLE!! I would give 0 stars if possible! “Custom fit” didn’t even come close to fitting. And even if it did fit it, the material is just cheap. I paid $117 for GARBAGE!
