I'm a repeat customer, and I was very impressed with the first trailer they created for my book. What impressed me even more about this second trailer was how seamlessly they continued the visual theme from the first, right down to the patches on the soldiers' uniforms. That level of attention to detail created a sense of continuity that made both trailers feel like they were part of the same cinematic world. Their professionalism, creativity, and commitment to the project have exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend StoryReel to any author looking to bring their story to life.

The team is nice and very organized. I got the script creation in addition to the video hoping their team would know all the best and most advanced methods and hooks to make the video really stop scrolling and win customers. Instead, I got a script that I could have easily done on my own with GPT, so I do not recommend that. Also, while I specifically requested a video that followed the Amazon ad guidelines, they didn't follow that and I received a video that I can't use. Any additional change would mean doing another video entirely for another $300. So, I basically ended up with a video that I'll have to edit and fix the format on my own. For small changes, they let you do only 3, so be detailed in your briefing.

Hi Rodrigo, Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry the script and trailer did not meet your expectations, especially regarding Amazon’s advertising guidelines. That is not the experience we want for our clients. Our team would appreciate the opportunity to review your project and concerns directly to determine how we can help resolve this. Please contact us so we can work toward a satisfactory solution.

Very professional trailer produced. Agent working on project was very communicative. I recommend that you are very specific describing what your characters look like before proceeding since you only get 3 free edits. I would use StoryReel Studios for future book trailers.

Irvin, my book marketing specialist, was amazing. When I explained my vision, for the book video, he understood exactly what I wanted. We collaborated and that collaboration resulted in a beautifully crafted story. Irvin was truly interested in my project. His professionalism was refreshing and his patience was impressive. I am so happy with my book trailer!
