Excellent Customer Service
I had to come in to rent three huge storage units for our business. The ladies working in the office were great. They took care of all my needs and efficiently got me those three units in no time.

New Customer from GA.
Very easy staff to work with. Gated facility with options throughout there properties. Your access is Taylor to your name. Not a generic password like some facilities.

My problems are solved!
I found myself needing self-storage due to moving unexpectedly. I talked with two different property managers, Kelly and Nicky, at two different locations. . The managers were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. The properties were very clean with great security measures. I rented a unit at both locations in order to meet my needs. The move in process was very easy, taking very little time. I would highly recommend StorPlace!!!

Fix the gate
Fix the gate. The gate he been broken for weeks. Only having access to my storage unit during office hours is unacceptable. The gate need to be fixed ASAP

Dear Mr. DJ: I understand your frustration. We are frustrated too. The gate was damaged beyond repair by another tenant. We immediately installed a temporary gate (albeit one that is manually operated during business hours), hired a security service and ordered a new gate. The new gate takes at least 6 weeks to fabricate. This is beyond our control. Our manager, Matt is doing all he can to accommodate existing tenants; but there is a limit to what can be done. Know that we are doing all we can to expedite the process. in the mean time I would appreciate your patience. If you feel you need to relocate to another StorPlace we will help you with that transfer. Ed Freeman StorPlace managing partner

StorPlace is the best
I have never had a storage before but I can say for a fact, this has got to be the best place to store
