I just moved from Va and was indecisive about where to store my items. This is my first time living in Mt Juliet and I found Storplace on the internet. Nicole and Lance were extremely helpful with making sure I got the right size unit for my items.

Beware entire pricing structure is designed to get your stuff and accumulate fees. Late fees by the 5th and additional fees every 5 days. No discounts for early payment or anything and 45 days late lose your belongings, be careful.

StorPlace Self Storage in Franklin was the answer to our prayers. We needed to move must faster than we originally thought. We went to StorPlace and they immediately set our minds at ease. They reviewed the storage options with us and we got the right space that day. They couldn't have been more efficient and caring. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

The space throughout the facility was very clean with easy access for moving items to the space. Temperature control is very good. Double security coming and going.

When I first went to reserve a unit, the store was not open at 9am even though I called that morning to confirm. I waited about 20 minutes then when I finally got my unit, the gate didn't work and took over a half hour of attempts. I came back a few weeks later to purchase boxes on a Saturday morning, it was 9:15 a.m. and the store was not open, there was another customer waiting and just as frustrated. We waited to see if they had to walk the lot, and still no one...no sign on the door. I went to purchase my boxes elsewhere and as soon as there is someone working there I'm going to close out my account and remove my items. My time is valuable.

Dear Carla: I do not blame you for your frustration with us. After investigating, I learned that the manager was in deed on the property, but out of sight doing a lock check (a daily audit that we perform). Your point is well taken (although I think you were a little harsh on us by giving us only a one star). The manager needs to be in the office at the time of the morning opening. Going forward we are going to make this our policy. However, since often there is only one manager on duty, the office must be locked from time to time during the day in order for the manager to clean units and perform lock checks. If you will give us another chance, we will give you some rent credit. ed managing partner
