Excellent shipping time but the screws to the legs of my order where not with the legs and I had to go purchase some from Home Depot and I still missing a black leg pc *2

I sent back all except for the hangrails... this was horribly hard to order and I kept ordering the wrong things or getting them .. not too sure.. I spoke with Customer service a few time and finally get it from Amazon through you guys... that is ridiculous but it is finally up. Hoping I see the return on my card soon

Had exactly what I was looking for. Perfect size and fit. My order was packaged as it should be and shipped quickly. Prices were right in line and some were better than others. Would definitely recommend this company.

More than half of my order got delivered to two different people in different states, so I had to have the entire order re-shipped. When it did arrive, the boxes were in terrible condition, they looked as if they had been tossed around quite a bit. In addition, one of my racks was sent with the incorrect hardware, and another was bent so badly that I had to hammer it into place to put it together. Also, the cobblestone boutique metal mannequin stands do not fit the mannequin dressforms, the dressform only comes down onto the pole about 1", and can't be forced down any farther, so they don't work together. This should be noted for customers when ordering.

my order was delayed and they went out of there way to make sure that new order will arrive when i need it . this is a great customer service the really care about the customer !! I can definitely trust them !

Great value, but still waiting on the glass to put it together. Just got the lock last week and the case the week before.

Service was very good; shipping was quick and the items were well packed. A few of the earring stands were crooked and not glued well, but I had ordered a few extra so was okay for my show.
