I am always happy with the products received from your store. I particularly appreciated the reduction in shipping rate this month, even though it meant our items were shipped in 3 packages and it took longer to get them.

I have purchased from this company for years. Never have had a complaint. Always as stated and fast and easy service.

I don't know why the item this is referring to but if it is the cabinets I bought they came in damaged. We have not received a response about what is gonna happen to make this good. Yells ordering system was great your timing was great everything about the program that y'all offer is great except the fact that I haven't got this resolved on the cases and I'm not gonna make a five star rating until I see it happen. Thank you

My order was supposed to arrive on Friday July 2nd but did not get delivered until Thursday July 8th. I needed my order to create a display wall for my products to show at an event on the 8th, which meant I had to come up with and buy a work around solution and rush to put something to together last min before the show. The package was on the truck in time therefore it got shipped out not problem but FedEx kept saying it could not make the delivery, even know I was present at the location which is also equipped with a ring device which can open the door for packages.

Thank you for submitting an order review detailing your order experience. If you would like, we would be more than happy to refund you for the shipping cost since it was delayed due to no fault of your own. Please contact us so we can take care of that for you right away.

I received my item with missing pieces I called the company. That was supposed to send a replacement items the very next day it has been for 5 days I still haven't received my replacement item. Each time I called I spoke to two or three different people two people said it was on the truck the last person said it wasn't on the truck. It would be here the next day it did not item was a clothing rack. I am grateful for Terrera Williams she offered to call FedEx make sure that it was physically on the truck. She provided me with the tracking number. Not one of the customer service reps I spoke previously offered that. I find that you could send me a defective rack on time but can I send me a replacement right the very next day it was your error this is a bad review with the exception Tererra Williams!
