Ok hangers at a good price

Surprised that I'm getting this survey when I have not received my order. Hoping to get it soon!!!!

Good products, nice prices. Customer service needs rigorous training and revisiting working sops. Every time we call , we come across a new person to explain the whole story from beginning. delayed Shipping of order in bits and pieces is a horrible way of delivering orders. Overall had a very painful experience, eventually we had to give up our remodeling project.

Product is a great value. Shipping good use a little help. I understand shipping is expensive these days. But when you order "WHITE" bag and they are not protected and jammed into the wrong size box, and shipping company is not careful with your package. You loose some of the product you have paid for. Ill chuck it up to a one time mishap. would definitely order again.

Most of our items were received in good order. And we were given the opportunity to replace an item that was out of stock with the shipping of the replacement done very quickly. However, the reason for the 3 is the fact that most of the size S circular hanger labels were missing, the packaging was open and what was left of them were dispersed inside the shipping box.

I find it funny I’m getting this survey, when I haven’t yet received my products. I ordered on April 29th and I called and was told my order wouldn’t even be ready to ship till June 10th. This is BEYOND ridiculous. Who can wait 40 days for products for the store? Your pricing is good. Though I am super unimpressed with how long things take. It’s always being blamed on Covid or that the machines broke when I call. After I receive my order I will sadly have to take my business to a more time efficient wholesaler.

Order was correct and delivered quickly

At least 30 jewelry boxes were damaged when we receive the shipment. The outer boxes are broken/damaged from all corners.
