Store Supply WarehouseReviews of storesupply.com

The grids panels came without the legs. I trusted the store to send everything and didn't open the package until the day of the event (yes, my fault for not looking earlier) but I was busy getting ready for the event

Anytime I order from Store Supply Warehouse, items I ordered are always sent in a timely manner.

Rack is not even so it’s not as sturdy as it should be, rocks a little

I love to order from the store supply warehouse they have everything I need to run my small business. I ordered a few things this time and everything was absolutely great! I did have a problem with one of my items I emailed customer service they got back with me within 24 hours and re-sent out a product that was damaged and it arrived within two days. This is my number one store if you have not purchased from here before you really need to give them a try. There products are top-of-the-line their customer service is amazing. The items will be shipped and arriving in a very quick and timely manner.

Tried out new bags hoping for something sturdier for heavier merchandise but the handle design isn’t great. The handles have a toggle that slips through a hole at the top of the bag and doesn’t fasten well and can easily slip out. We have to adjust the toggles to hope they stay put but still have to double bag on anything slightly heavy. Defeats the purpose for us and not what I was expecting for the price.

I buy these Marker Hanger Buttons to put on my hangers for the discount during the sale. I use #20, #30, #40, #50. I can reuse them over and over and they are easy to pull off and on. They are reusable and don't mess up my tags if an item doesn't sale. I am a small store so it works for me. Recycling is good!

After finding the right part that I needed, it was easy to order.

Store Supply Warehouse is and always has been a very easy company to order from and receive products. VERY accommodating customer care. I continue to use them for my store products.
